CHILDREN/PETS

We welcome children at Grove House, but sorry no pets.

INTERNET ACCESS

Wireless internet access is available throughout the house. This service is security protected hence a code is needed to operate this facility. No charge will be made for this service.

LUGGAGE

Assistance with luggage is available upon request.

HOSPITALITY TRAYS

All bedrooms have a hospitality tray with tea, coffee, milk portions etc. Should you prefer fresh milk - just ask.

BEDDING

All of our bedding is suitable for allergy sufferers. Should you prefer a blanket, top sheet or extra pillows - these are available.

HOT WATER

There are no restrictions regarding the time for using our hot water, and there should be more than enough 24 hours a day.

HEATING

All bedrooms are heated with a self control radiator. You can turn it down or off if you so wish. If extra heating is required please ask and we can give you an additional heater.

EMERGENCY CONTACT

For urgent assistance during the night I can be contacted on 07867 785524 or ring the front door bell.

FIRE PRECAUTIONS

We strongly advise that you read the Fire Notice within your room and personally check where your nearest fire exit is.

SMOKING

We are a non smoking establishment.

TRAVEL ADAPTORS

Should you require an adaptor for your electrical appliances during your stay please ask.

ELECTRONIC SAFES

Each bedroom is equipped with a safe. Please refer to the operating instructions inside.

IRONING FACILITIES

Should you require an iron/ ironing board during your stay - just ask.

HAIRDRYER

There is a hairdryer for your use in each bedroom.

DRINKING WATER

The water in the colored bottles is suitable for drinking. Ice is available upon request.

HOT TUB

This is available to our guests who book out the entire house and stay for a minimum of three consecutive nights.

BREAKFAST TIMES

Breakfast is served from 8.00 am - 9.00 am daily. Should these times not be suitable please contact me and every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.

PAYMENT

Payment card be made by debit or credit card, or sterling money.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION POLICY

We take the first nights accommodation cost up front at the time of booking. This can be settled electronically by debit or credit card. This amount in non refundable should you need to cancel your booking. Any cancelled bookings outwith 30 days of your booked arrival date will incur no further charge. However any cancellation made within the 30 days of arrival may be subject to the full booking charge if we are unable to re sell the room.

We strongly advise guests to take out holiday insurance to protect themselves should this happen. In the event of such a circumstance we will provide all the relevant paperwork for your insurance company to claim back any monies lost.

Check in is from 4pm. Our latest check in is 8pm.
Check out is 10am, however should you require a later check out of 12am and, if this can be arranged there will be an additional £25 charge per bedroom.
