Situated in the heart of Connel, 6 miles north of Oban on the A85,
Grove House Guest House offers superb accommodation in a
picturesque rural village.
All the bedrooms at Grove house are en suite and are tastefully decorated. They are
equipped with televisions, DVD players, well stocked hospitality trays, electronic safes,
hairdryers, fridges, music systems, complimentary bottled water and deluxe chocolates. Guests are issued with
a front door and bedroom key to allow them to come and go as
they wish. Wi-fi internet access is available in all guest bedrooms.

arrange for 'special' group discounts at our family hotel,
The Falls of Lora, which is less than 100 yards from our door.
The Falls of Lora offers a very extensive bistro menu and a large
wine selection from as little as £5.95 a bottle.
Breakfast can be arranged for the whole group at Grove House.
We offer an extensive breakfast menu which is served from 8-9 am
and, if requested, freshly ground coffee and newspapers will be
available in our conservatory from 7.45am.
Breakfast also includes Bucks Fizz from our Champagne Fountain - a truly wonderful experience!

We have a private slipway which can be used to launch small boats. This is also ideal for divers as we have a large covered area for drying equipment etc.
We have lockable facilities for bikes and a covered area for motorcycles and mountain bike cleaning facilities.
Prices range from £25 per person per night to £45 depending on the length of stay and at which time of the year you choose to visit. There is ample parking.
Guests staying for 3 nights or more receive a complementary bottle of wine in the room. Please quote 'wine offer' at time of booking.
Larger groups booking 3 nights or more will also have use of our outdoor hot tub.
